Holistic Autoimmune Program
In this group, you will be led through naturopathic treatments for autoimmune disease. There are two weeks between classes to allow you to work on making improvements in your health. Conditions covered in this class include rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, inflammatory bowel disease (ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease), lupus, psoriasis and more. If you have Hashimoto’s please sign up for the Hashimoto’s specific group.
This class combines education and naturopathic approaches to treating autoimmune disease with community support. Dr. Barrett recognizes that patients have better outcomes when they are supported by community and can share their experiences with peers. This class offers both support and education. This group is a good fit if you are new to naturopathic medicine and if you are already working with a naturopathic/functional provider.
Each class is 90 minutes in duration and packed with information.

You will receive ‘homework’ assignments after each class. Sharing your experiences with the group is encouraged but not required. Introverts welcome!
Dr. Barrett has invited Jesse Haas, LN, to present during a portion of the third and fourth classes. Jesse will focus on sharing practical tips for creating consistency with the recommended dietary and lifestyle changes.
This program allows you to gain many of the tools you would learn in a naturopathic initial visit and several follow ups all for the price of the initial visit!​
